Damian Korcz

Mr. Korcz is a certified 4th Black Belt with the International Taekwon-Do Federation and has been involved in Martial Arts since 2005. He first trained Hapkido when he was about 9 years of age. Then transitioned to Taekwon-do in 2007 and has been training since. He holds a Level B umpiring certificate and is also a member of the ITF of BC Tournament Committee. In the summer of 2023, he also started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga to round out his martial arts skills.

Drawing from his experience working at Translink and his Martial arts career, Mr. Korcz teaches his students how to use the techniques and skills learned in class and apply them in other aspects of their lives.
