PRTKD instructors attended the 3rd hybrid National Umpire Course Class C on March 2nd 2024. This course hosted over 140+ participants from accross Canada and USA and covered the rules for compeittion at the National Level. The course was hosted in person in Quebec and Regina and was taught by teh CTFI Umpire Commitee.
