On Feb - 26 - 28 2024, PRTKD Instructors attended the 43rd International Umpire Course in Queens New York. The course was taught by the ITF Umpire Commitee, GM Abelardo Benzaquen ( Argentina), GM Ruben Suarez ( USA) and Master Kurt Ottesen ( Canada) . The course covered all aspects of competition at teh World Cup and World Championships Thank you GM Suarex for hosting an amazing event!
