Come and train with our caring and qualified instructors & assistant instructors. We offer a variety of programs that will not only teach you the art if TaeKwon-Do, but will not help your physical fitness, stress management, and help you develop leadership qualities.
Chief Instructor
Mr. Hal Lipscombe, 6th Degree Black Belt, started teaching Taekwon-Do in Port Coquitlam, B.C. in 1985 and when promoted to 1st. Degree Black Belt in 1988 Mr. Lipscombe formed Pacific Rim Institute of Taekwon-Do and started teaching through Port Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department. Mr. Lipscombe has attended six International Instructor Seminars, four conducted by the late General Choi Hong Hi, (the Father of Taekwon-Do and the President of the International Taekwon-Do Federation) and the last two lead by Master Tran, President of the International Taekwon-Do Federation and the ITF Technical Commitee. Mr. Lipscombe goal is to build a more peaceful world by teaching Taekwon-Do.
