Subject: Seminar in British Columbia in October 3-5, 2008
With my position as President of the ITF, I tend to limit myself to fewer seminars and let the ITF Technical & Instruction Committee and other masters take care of this responsibility. Instead, I prefer to concentrate on the development of the ITF. However, I exceptionally accepted to give annual seminars at the request of ITF of British Columbia because I am very concerned and preoccupied as a Canadian master of the development of ITF Taekwon-Do in our country. So far, I am very enthusiastic with the motivation of the participants and with the results of these activities.
With this communication, I wish to introduce to you Mr. Hal Lipscombe who is the organizer of the 2008 seminar. Mr. Lipscombe wishes to invite you and your club to attend to this activity. In order to support Mr. Lipscombe, I invite you to transmit this invitation to all your members. Please note that this activity is sanctioned by the CTFI.

Good day Instructors and Students
It is with great please that I am announcing the 5th Annual Training Seminar with Master Tran Training and assisted by Master Tran’s son 4th Dan Nicholas Tran.
This event is sanctioned by the Canadian Taekwon-Do Federation, International and the International Taekwon-Do Federation of B.C.
The Seminar is being held in Port Coquitlam, a suburb of Vancouver, in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. There are many exciting activities and sights to see so maybe plan on spending and extra day or two and explore our Beautiful city.
This event has been a great success in the past so it is strongly recommended that you submit your application/payment as soon as possible and in any event no later than September 19, 2008. Could I request, where possible, that each Instructor send all applications together and include one cheque in payment. This will help to lessen the administrative work.
